RUCKINGINDIA PRIVACY & POLICY:

To give you secure access to the Command Centre and prevent data conflicts, we strictly collect:

• Operator Identity: Full Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID. This ensures your data is exclusively locked to your unique Operator ID and nobody else can access your logs.
• Encrypted Key: Your password (stored in a securely encrypted format).
• Tactical Telemetry: Thermodynamic metrics (Height, Weight, Load, Distance, Time, Slope) which you manually input into the Universal Calculator.

Note: We do not collect background location, continuous device tracking, or unnecessary analytics.

Your data is weaponized only for your progress. We use your intel strictly for:

• Personal Dashboard Sync: Displaying your 15-Day Combat Log inside your private Operator Dashboard.
• Global Leaderboard: Our automated system pulls only your last 2 days of saved data once daily to update your global ranking.
• Zero Marketing: We will never use your email or mobile number to send promotional spam. Comms are strictly for operational updates or password recovery.

We operate on a zero-compromise security architecture:

• The Skeleton & The Vault: Our website host acts only as the visual skeleton. Your thermodynamic data is never saved there. It is securely transmitted and locked inside our MongoDB cloud database only after a successful Operator login.
• 15-Day Auto-Purge Protocol: Your data is yours. We retain your daily telemetry for exactly 15 days. On the 16th day, your oldest log (Day 1) is automatically and permanently eradicated from our servers.

RuckingIndia operates on a highly optimized, free-tier allied ecosystem to ensure data isolation:

• We utilize trusted allied forces like Vercel and GitHub solely for executing our daily leaderboard automations and logic routing.
• MongoDB acts as our secure encrypted vault.
• We do not sell, track, or share your telemetry with third-party ad networks or data brokers. If future integrations (like payment gateways) are deployed, they will only receive strict transaction-level data.

You are in full command of your digital footprint:

• Right to Access: Only you can view your 15-day tactical telemetry upon logging in.
• Right to Rectification: You have the right to request corrections or updates to your Operator Identity and profile details if they are inaccurate.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your operational consent for data processing at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
• Right to Erasure (The Kill Switch) & Account Deletion: You have the absolute right to delete your Operator account at any time, which will instantly wipe your personal data and metrics from our MongoDB vault. To initiate an account deletion, rectification, or execute the kill switch, please contact our support at ruckingindia@ruckingindia.com.

We deploy minimal operational cookies (Recon Specs) strictly to maintain your active login session and ensure the calculator syncs seamlessly while you are inside the Command Centre. We do not use invasive cross-site tracking cookies.

• Operating Base: This digital infrastructure operates out of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
• Jurisdiction: Any legal or operational disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
